Domestic shipping is CHF 7.50 for 1kg and CHF 10.50 for 2-9kg. You can see the price including shipping at checkout. Period: The subscription renews automatically. If you choose a monthly payment, the minimum period is one month, for a yearly payment it is one year. Subscriptions that have already been invoiced or paid (monthly or yearly) will not be refunded. Cancelling your subscription on time is necessary in order for future payments/invoices to be discontinued. Payment: Payment for the first payment period (one month or one year) is done when you subscribe right here in our online store. For each additional period, your credit card is charged automatically a few days before your subscription is shipping, usually on the 1st of each month (or after 12 subscription shipments if you chose a yearly payment). Pause: You can pause your subscription in your account whenever you want for a period of 1-12 months. If you pause, payments will be paused as well. For yearly payments, the date for your next payment is postponed accordingly. You can also unpause your subscription in your account. Termination: Your subscription renews automatically as long as you don't cancel it. You can cancel your subscription before the 25th of each month in your account, if you're on a monthly payment. If you chose a yearly payment, you can cancel before the 25th of the last month of your prepaid subscription and the cancellation takes effect after the period which you have already paid for or been invoiced for. Subscriptions that have already been invoiced or paid (monthly or yearly) will not be refunded. Changes: You can change the monthly amount of coffee, your address, email address and payment method in your account after logging in. You can also pause, unpause or cancel your subscription in your account. Address changes and adjustment of the monthly amount of coffee are possible until the 25th of each month for the shipping period of the following month. Reducing the amount of coffee shipped per month is only possible with a monthly payment. Increasing is possible with both payment options. If the provided address is invalid and your coffee is sent back to us, you will be charged for the return shipping as well as shipping to a new address.
