Amalgamut, Filter’s third studio album, returns on vinyl for the first time to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Originally released in 2002 following the platinum success of Title of Record, this album showcases the band’s evolution with a more expansive, experimental, and emotionally charged sound. The record features fan favorites such as Where Do We Go from Here and American Cliché, tracks that blend the band’s signature heavy riffs, soaring choruses, and post-industrial edge with introspective songwriting. Across its runtime, Amalgamut balances aggression and melody, maintaining Filter’s distinctive identity while exploring new sonic landscapes. This 2 LP set is presented in a gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeves, making it a collector’s edition that honors both the album’s legacy and the band’s enduring influence in alternative and industrial rock.
