Hi-Tech Diamond final polishing pads are mess-free polishing pads that are specially designed to put a beautiful mirror polish on stones or glass. Pads are pre-charged with cerium oxide so you don’t need to polish your pieces with messy slurry or diamond paste. Our final polishing pads are great for polishing various materials, but especially glass, quartz, crystals, ceramics and stones. Use a small amount of water while you work to keep your work piece cool. All final polishing pads come with a 3M pressure sensitive adhesive backing that easily bonds to backing plates. 6"and 8" diameter pads available. Final polishing pads have 1/2" arbor holes. Show more
