The warranty covers product replacement or voucher, it does not cover faulty installation, solvent damage or environmental damage beyond regular use, and while installation instructions are included with some vinyl products, installation is done at the owners risk and HardTuned PTY LTD cannot be liable for any loss or damages that may occur. This product is made to order, because of this we cannot accept any returns on vinyl products or window banners.
