We would never favour one region over another but, well, this case does have a happy emphasis on Burgundy with a superb Chablis as well as our excellent 1er Cru Bourgogne Blanc and Rouge - wines of depth, of elegance, and most importantly of pleasure. There is a serious nod to Bordeaux too - our Declassifié wine gives away its origins with a little wink - Trevor notes “You may be able to decipher this excellent Pauillac from the label. It’s, well... splendid!”
