Green Crystal is an excellent commercial variety with a regular fruit set and large fruit size. The clear coloured caviar is also of considerable size. The taste is highly acidic, similar to ordinary lime but with more prominent aroma. The plant is of medium vigour, quite bushy with a nice round and dense canopy. Show more
