After introducing our specialty grade arabica coffee beans to ghost and our reaper peppers we let nature takes its course in which a little intimacy is involved between the two imp arting the spiciness of the peppers to the coffee beans over a several week period, finally separating the two just prior to roasting. This peculiar but exotic coffee hints at its chilé pepper origins but doesn't overwhelm the amazing flavor profile of the coffee (or your mouth and tongue with it's spiciness). A pleasant hint of the hot pepper interludes warms your throat and tongue but doesn't impede your ability to indulge in several cups or taste the amazing arabica coffee underneath it all. Show more
