Siku is reknown for their realistic replica vehicles. Each die-cast or plastic model is made to exacting standards and exceptional quality, and feature realistic detailing. It is not possible to fight forest fires using normal fire-fighting measures. The fire brigade needs support from the air for this. The SIKU fire-fighting aircraft can be filled with water. The signal yellow colour enables the fire crews on the ground to put out the fire-fighting aircraft even during thick smoke. With a press on the release button, the water from the tank sprays to the ground. On the aircraft, the nose wheel can be retracted and the main undercarriage can be raised.
