The lid for fire pit is available as an accessory. Due to its size suitable for the use in public places: restaurant yards, golf centres, etc. But it may perfectly fit to your backyard! Safety first: The exterior panel does not get hot during the fire because there are air gaps between the two panels. The stones are spread out in a layer of about 5 cm, and underneath there is air that cools the exterior panel of the fireplace. The product must not be installed on a wooden surface as the fire pit will become hot from the bottom during the fire. There are holes in the bottom of the fire pit from which small pieces of coal can fall out. The holes in the bottom act as drainage holes to prevent standing water from accumulating inside the fire pit. NB! Cor-Ten steel products are delivered untreated.
