C199.01 Fire Retardant — often referred to as C19 — is suitable for most natural fibers. It's non-toxic, non-hydroscopic, and will not cause a color change in most dyestuffs. FLAME PROOFING SOLUTION APPLICATION OPTIONS: Soak fabric in the C-199. Squeeze out excess. Spray the fabric with C-199. Let it dry. Whichever application option is chosen, the fabric still must be tested to see if it will support the flame.
