The cup character of popcorn and fried rice is unexpectedly intere sting and as satisfying as comfort food. Harvested and produced April 25, 2025 in Ju Yuan Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Jin Guanyin cultivar growing at approximately 2,200 feet. It was roasted by our friend Mr. Soup on December 10, 2025. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instruction 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min.
