Firepole Mat Designed and built for firefighters by the same people that build post cushions for pro football players. The better fire pole mat is the best landing mat in the market currently. At 36″ diameter, it provides a large enough area for the firefighter to land. At 8″ thick with a venting side wall, the mat provides superb impact attenuation. Made in America with top quality components and superb craftsmanship, each mat comes in two halves with industrial grade velcro to secure them together around a pole. The hole in the mat is 3″ which allows for the largest diameter fire pole out there. The top of the mat is safely yellow so it is easily seen.
