Please specify at check-out who you are purchasing tickets for. Students need to be 14yrs or older on the day of the course. HLTAID011 (Provide First Aid and CPR) is a life skill and a requirement for many jobs. The course is a theory and practical course run at school with an outside trainer. There is some online pre-work to be completed as well. This first aid course is a Nationally Recognised Qualification and students will receive a certificate of completion. To get this certificate, a USI will be needed, please create a USI at usi.gov.au if your child does not already have one.The course will run Wednesday 27th May commencing at 9.00am and will finish at lunch. Students will return to class for period 5&6. Sports uniform to be worn this day to allow for mobility in first aid practical components.There is an online component to be completed before the course. Students can complete this component at home before the session.
