Intermediate First Aid Kits are suitable for workplaces with higher-risk work environments. An Intermediate Kit contains all of the items in a Basic Kit under WorkSafeBC requirements plus additional items to meet the needs of workplaces with an increased risk of first aid events in a higher-risk environment. Worksafe BC changed the First Aid Kit requirements in November of 2024. The old Level 2 First Aid Kits are replaced by the Intermediate Kits.
