This four-day course, delivered by Turret Training, provides advanced pre-hospital care skills for individuals who may be first on scene at serious incidents. The curriculum meets the competencies set out in the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care (PHEM) framework and is ideal for high-risk environments. The course combines theory and practical training to prepare delegates for managing life-threatening emergencies. Topics include airway management, catastrophic bleeding control, trauma interventions, and the treatment of major illnesses. The FAST curriculum is aligned with the UK PHEM Matrix at Level C / Level D/E and has successfully passed the “equivalence test” with the SIA. Additionally, this course complies with all UK FAW and HSE regulations from 1981. The FAST course equips attendees with essential First Aid & Specialist Trauma skills, making it ideal for those working in public-facing roles, hospitality, security, Public Accessible Venues, and alongside NHS healthcare professionals.
