This is completely normal — think of it like how you’d feel after a long international flight, wedged into the middle seat the whole way: a little rumpled and definitely not at your freshest. Your flowers feel the same way. A fresh trim on the stems, a good drink of water, and some time to hydrate (flower relaxation time) will help them perk up quickly. Please note: As flowers are natural products, each one is unique. Actual colors may vary slightly due to natural variations and differences in screen settings or display resolutions. We always strive to ship the exact product you order. However, occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control - weather conditions, market fluctuations, or an increase in weekly demand - substitutions may be necessary. Any replacements will be of equal or greater value and chosen with the utmost care to preserve the look and feel of your original selection. We will contact you; if possible, substitutions may be made without prior contact to avoid shipping delays
