This work is part of an ongoing series shaped by my engagement with the desert as both physical site and poetic, existential space. Through painting, I explore the relationship bet ween the human body and landscape, using the canvas as a site of material and emotional inquiry. Built through layers of oil paint and partially veiled with pigments and sand, the surface echoes erosion and sedimentation. Here, memory settles like dust, and silence becomes a space in which the earth and the self can be heard. Show more
