2026 First Run Maple Syrup On March 8th we produced the highly sought after First Run Syrup! This is super exciting as this year's First Run Syrup is truly exceptional. It's thicke r and silkier than we usually see, with a beautiful rich sweet taste with tones of vanilla and delicate maple. The color is Amber Rich, with a flavor profile that fits Golden Delicate grade. To be honest, I'm stunned with how clean and complex the flavor is.
