Each post features an easy-to-read net height indicator label for quick adjustments. Simply loosen the securing knob on the net collar, slide the net to the desired height, and tighten the knob to secure it in place. The Stellar volleyball posts are compatible with any existing 3 1/2" floor sockets. If you have 4" diameter floor sockets, First Team provides adapters at no extra cost upon request.
