First Visit – 25 Min Taster Session

The Grounded Body Verified independent store

New here and not sure where to start? This 25-minute taster session is a simple way to experience The Grounded Body before booking a longer treatment. We will briefly discuss what has been bothering you, focus on one or two key areas and give you a feel for how I work. This is not a full-body massage or a full deep tissue session. It is designed as a short introduction, especially if you are new, unsure which treatment is right for you or want to try a shorter session first. Best for: first-time clients, one specific area of tension or anyone who wants to try The Grounded Body before committing to a longer appointment. Show more
