This is the Firstech FTI-FDK2 plug and play T-harness, for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles with either key start or push button start. Covering both start types in one harness i s useful — it means you don't need to identify which your vehicle has before ordering, which is a common source of wrong parts. A T-harness plugs in between your vehicle's factory connectors and your remote start module, so most connections are made by pushing plugs together rather than cutting and soldering. This is not a remote starter. It's the harness only, with no electronics of its own. You also need a Compustar FT7, CM9 or CMX series controller, sold separately.
