This is the Firstech FTI-CDPS plug and play T-harness with anti-theft relay, for Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat and Jeep vehicles. A standard T-harness gets your remote starter talking to the car. This one goes further: it has an anti-theft relay built in. Why the relay matters Relay-attack theft doesn't need your key, it needs your key's signal, and a push-to-start vehicle will start for anyone who can capture it. The built-in relay disables the push-to-start button while your security system is armed, so even with a cloned signal the vehicle won't start until you disarm it. Getting that in the harness rather than as a separate module means one less part to mount and wire. This is not a remote starter. It's the harness only, with no electronics of its own.
