Our wooden Ichthys Wooden Fish is a beautiful representation of faith. The fish, Greek ichthys (ἰχθύς), is a symbol for Christ which has been used since the days of the early churc h. In Greek, it is an acronym for Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Savior. Made on 1/4” thick Baltic Birch, laser engraved and coated on both sides with Golden Pecan wood stain. Shellac clear-coat covers both sides for a beautiful finishing touch that strengthens and preserves for many, many years of use. 12” long and 5” wide at the widest point.
