Retighten the lock wheel once desired circle diameter is reached to secure cutting arm. Next, align the circle cutter with your project and apply pressure to the control nob with your non-dominant hand. With your dominant hand, apply light pressure to the cutting arm and move it in a circle around the cutting mechanism.
