I've been on the hunt for a good pair of scissors to keep in the garage. I knew I didn't want to use my really expensive Japanese scissors for my dirty work, so I needed some other options. Enter Fiskars. These scissors will cut through pretty much everything you will need scissors for in your garage. If you need to cut through metal, I would recommend going with the tin snips found in our Sonic Foam Systems. Other than that, these are what you want. RazorEdge SoftGrip - While these are technically fabric scissors, I like to use them for basically everything. They are super sharp and cut all the way to the point. They also come with a blade guard so you don't accidentally cut something when you aren't using them. PowerArc Shears - These are the scissors you would use when you need to cut through some seriously thick material. The way these blades are cut, you get 30% more power, especially during the toughest part of the cut. The finger holes are also bigger, so you can use these while wearing gloves. PowerArc Easy Action Shears - Using the same blades found in the PowerArc Shears, these scissors use a spring-loaded opening mechanism to make cutting that much easier.
