Four rare British front of house cinema lobby cards for German director Werner Herzog's sure masterpiece, and labour of love that nearly spelt the end of him and Klaus Kinski in th e role of "Fitzcarraldo" who local natives offered to "bump off" to assist the director! The white suited Kinski has to drag a 320 tonne steam ship over a mountain to build an opera house in the South American jungle.
