The blend brings together white Penja pepper from Cameroon (powerful, woody, with menthol notes), black Penja pepper from Cameroon (rich, aromatic, full-bodied), Jamaican allspice from Guatemala (warm, sweet, with clove and cinnamon undertones), freeze-dried green pepper from Madagascar (fresh, herbaceous, bright), and pink berries from Madagascar (fruity, delicate, mildly sweet).
