Our Five Spice is an ancient, aromatic, versatile blend beloved across East Asia. Called Ngũ Vị Hương in Vietnamese and 五香粉 in Chinese, it's named for the five traditional Chinese flavors (sweet, bitter, tart, salty and savory).
