The literal translation is "with the bottom", which refers to the sediment at the bottom of the bottle as a resul t of the secondary fermentation. It's similar to champagne except Col Fondo is not disgorged and is more of an effervescent wine. Fizzle "Col Fondo" is made with estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the 2024 vintage. It has a lively effervescence and gorgeous County minerality. Great with or without food, Fizzle is ready for immediate enjoyment.
