Swedish artists Joel Andersson and Adisa Copra's contribution to The Art of Cutlery, a chef knife named "Fjord," on show during summer 2024 in Tribeca, NYC, takes their unmistakabl e Living Steel Classic Chef design to the next level. In place of the usual high carbon monosteel for its blade, this one-of-a-kind build features house-made carbon damascus steel in 01 and 15n20 alloys and the same refined, dynamic geometry expected of these artisans.
