Leather is genuine veg tan leather sourced from the American cattle industry. Stained to brown or tan. Leatherette is the highest quality we can source and superb for stain resistance and long term outdoor use. If a patch color isn't available in the drop down it is currently out of stock. Leather is Cleaned and protective coating applied then sewn to hat of your choice. No heat application as heat and veg tan leather do not mix. Leatherette is cleaned and sewn to hat. Care instructions: hand wash, air dry. For leather do NOT soak the patch. Lightly clean patch with microfiber rag. Do not use leather cleaning products as most will dark stain veg tan leather. For leatherette use a microfiber rag with LAs totally awesome and lightly rub off dirt. While cleaning, do not not apply heavy pressure to burned areas of patch as you can ruin the engraving.
