This flange assembly is designed to pair with a Ø100 mm processing tube. It features a KF50 port for vacuum connection, a 1/4" quick connector for thermocouple or any rod/tube, and water cooling jackets. This flange set ensures a hermetically sealed condition for furnace operation. Specifications: Features SS304 Stainless steel flange assembly with double high-temperature silicon O-rings. Hex screw tube sealing with no welding or gluing needed. Ideal for any type of tube: ceramic, quartz, glass or steel pipes. Equipped with the water cooling system to prevent overheating of sealing elements Structure Top flange: a KF50 port for vacuum bellow tube connection. Bottom flange: vacuum sealing of 100 mm O.D tubing. Featured a 1/4" quick connect Feedthrough for insertion of thermocouple or any tube or rod Two Ø12 mm push-to-connectors for water cooling tube connection. Vacuum Level 10E^-2 torr by a Mechanical Pump 10E^-5 torr by a Small Turbo Pump 10E^-6 torr by a Hi-Speed Turbopump Warning Must install a refractory tube block between the flange and the sample to avoid melting the silicon O-ring by heat radiation. Please order a ceramic block in related product. Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flange assembly to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
