This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies for tube vacuum furnaces to tighten both ends of OD 152 mm (6") diameter tubes without any welding and gluing. SPECIFICATIONS Vacuum Level 10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump Features Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. The left side flange has two gas in/outlet with two-needle valves On-off valve with 1/4" BSPP male/female connector High Pressure SS 1/4BSPP Needle Valve with 1/4" barbed fitting. The right side flange has one KF-40 port and one needle valve 1/4" hose connector Seal tubes by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and gluing. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe. You may order a ceramic block in related products Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
