There is no VAT charges on this product. Flaking Brazilnuts produces large slivers when compared to other products such as almonds or peanuts. The process also helps to intensify t he flavour of the nut. These are particularly useful as a topping for a meal as the larger pieces would be more dominant. Although flaking the product makes it weaker and more prone to taking damage the material is ran over a sieve to try and reduce the risk of this occurring.
