Flaky Bran is the seed coat or outer layer of a cereal grain. Courser then normal Bran. Typically high in phosphorus and low in calcium. A very palatable rich source of fibre and v itamin B. Should not be fed in excessive amounts due to its extremely high phosphorus content (no more than 500grams per day) Excessive phosphorus in the horse’s diet can inhibit calcium absorption. Show more
