Design Powder These powders are a little different to the others in our range.They are not strength powders so you need a put a thin layer of clear (strength powder) under them and then cap over them to build your structure and then you can use these as a full colour or for acrylic design, The pigmentation is unreal and a little goes a very long way. To make it easy we have incorporated a baseball cap on to the label of all the powders that need to be used this way, so they are easy to identify.
