Shorter Lengths Now Available Please be aware that we have made changes to our skirt lengths. The lengths of all the Girl's skirts, culottes and skorts have been shortened by 2". Flare Skort for Girl Sizes by Dressing For His Glory The Flare Skort is a flare skirt with loose fitting shorts underneath that are attached at the waistband. It has a flat front waist with an elastic waistband in the back. The skirt has one optional off centered slit in the front and one in the back. The skirt and shorts are made in the same fabric with the shorts being 1" shorter than the skirt.
