FLASHY SWIMMER now comes equipped with Colorado blades and Owner's TwistLOCK Centering-Pin Spring (CPS-patent pending), a distinct rigging solution for soft swimbaits, flukes, and other swimming plastics. The spinner blade is mounted to a fixed weight that stabilizes a rigged soft plastic, making it an excellent "search" bait. Used in place of spinnerbaits or crankbaits, the Flashy Swimmer lets you cover water quickly to find active fish. By changing softbaits and varying retrieve speed you can produce a wide range of presentations. The added mass helps the rig sink or "swim" into the strike zone while the blade provides enticing flash. Although the wire pivots at the weight connection, the molded lead design keeps the wire and blade running level during a steady retrieve. The wire carries a Colorado blade mounted with a dual mini swivel for free action.
