Craftmaster Decorative Flat Colour. A fast drying, highly pigmented paint that dries with a flat dull finish. Developed primarily for traditional canal decoration with the addition of a final gloss coat of varnish. Can be thinned with either PPA Brushing Additive or White Spirit.
