IRWIN FITNESS ADJUSTABLE RACK-MOUNTED DIP BARS Clear rack space without sacrificing heavy-duty stability. Built with an adjustable arm mechanism, these dip bars flip upward out of the way when not in use and drop into flat or decline positions for targeted chest and triceps work. Features & Build Specs Space-Saving Flip-Up Design: Arms rotate upward against the uprights when idle, eliminating the need to tear down the attachment or store it on the floor. 3-Stage Angle Adjustments: Features Neutral (Flat), -7.5°, and -12.5° decline positions. The decline angles shorten the lever arm, increase lower chest engagement, and reduce wrist strain. Fat-Grip Handles with End Spheres: Built using 2.5" OD DOM steel tubing capped with 2.75" steel end spheres to keep your hands from slipping forward during heavy weighted sets. Machined Bearing Joint: Outfitted with custom-machined acetal bearings and 3/8" plate steel brackets to eliminate frame slop and keep the handles rigid under load. 600 LB Weight Rating: Supported by high-strength Grade 8 steel socket head hardware, batch-tested to safely hold 600 lbs in the neutral setting (rating increases in decline positions). Dimensions & Rack Compatibility Grip Widths: 24.35" in Neutral (Position 1), 24.97" at -7.5° (Position 2), and 25.5" at -12.5° (Position 3). Usable Handle Length: 21.6" from the start of the bend to the end sphere. Pin Options: Available in 5/8" and 1" pin sizes to fit standard 3" x 3" rack tubing. How the Adjustment System Works Each arm operates on an independent center sleeve. To change positions, lift the arm slightly and rotate it until the laser-cut DOM profile locks into the next Grade 8 stop pin. The socket hardware carries the direct load, providing a rock-solid platform with zero side-to-side play.
