Flat feet are generally categorised or identified as an individual who has a lowered arch profile or no arch profile at all. This generally leads to the muscles that support the ar ch needing to do more work to support daily function. This 8-week program is designed to aid in the restoration of efficient foot mechanics targeted strengthening, mobility, balance, and release work. With three guided sessions each week, you will follow a clear progression to activate key muscles groups, reduce overuse tension, and improve mind-muscle control through the feet and ankles for long term comfort and confidence in daily movement.
