Flat IFAK Vehicle Kit The Flat IFAK Vehicle Kit, combined with our new MOLLEHead Vehicle Mount (sold separately), is an ideal low-profile platform for first aid supplies. This kit contains both tactical bleeding control components, as well as basic first aid supplies for minor wounds. Mounting onto a vehicle headrest keeps the kit in a high visibility location, readily accessible from any position in the vehicle. The low-profile design keeps it out of the way when entering or exiting a vehicle. Kits are built in the Rescue Essentials Flat IFAK Pouch, a unique low-profile system designed to carry a variety of medical supplies. The internal sleeve contains a pocket for medical components, three hook-and-loop straps (great for holding items like tourniquets, decompression needles, and airways), and a pocket for thin components such as chest seals, flat bandages and 4"x4" gauze. An integrated holder is ideal for 5.5” EMT shears. An integrated elastic loop will keep a pair of gloves at the ready. Dual pull handles provide rapid access to the inner sleeve from either direction. When mounted on the back of a tactical vest, gun-belt, or vehicle headrest, it can easily be accessed from either side. Nylon handle covers provide tactile confirmation of the pull handles. The PALS panel on the front of the pouch provides a mounting point for additional items such as mag pouches or tactical light holsters.
