It has a super-fine texture, and is one of the finest finishing salts in the world. Camarge Fleur de Sel Sea Salt is naturally white, and is harvested in the South of France. This exquisite salt is collected from the Salin d'Aïgues-Mortes, where they still use traditional harvesting methods. The Salin is also home to many local species, which has become a refuge for animals and place where plant life flourishes. This is where the Mediterranean sea and land meet. Sprinkle on top of salads, grilled veggies, steak, and fish. This salt will really bring out the flavour of all of your foods.
