The port includes a flat surface contacting the palate while maintaining a flat surface across the tongue, helping reduce tongue pressure. The mouthpiece is constructed from TPU, offering flexibility and durability. Inside the mouthpiece, a wire core reinforces the structure to maintain strength while preserving flexibility. The mouthpiece also features a slight forward angle designed to follow the natural anatomy of the horse’s mouth. The eggbutt cheekpiece provides a fixed connection between the mouthpiece and the ring, helping keep the bit stable in the horse’s mouth and supporting a consistent feel in the contact.
