Custom Organization for Your FLEX STACK PACK Rolling Tool Box Transform your FLEX STACK PACK Rolling Tool Box into the ultimate portable tool system with precision-fit Kaizen Foam Inserts. Designed to turn deep, cluttered storage into a fully organized shadow-board layout, these inserts keep your heavy-duty power tools, batteries, and equipment secure, silent, and fully protected on the jobsite. Crafted from high-density closed-cell polyethylene (EPE) foam, Kaizen foam features ~1/8-inch (5mm) continuous laminated layers. Simply layout your gear, trace the outlines, cut the border, and peel back layers to create exact, depth-matched cutouts for every item in your kit. Layer Options & Stacking Guide Because the Rolling Tool Box offers deep main-cavity storage, inserts are available in standard 57mm thick layers to build out your ideal depth: 1 Layer (57mm): Great for creating a thick, cushioned base layer or organizing mid-sized power tools and chargers. 2 Layers (114mm): Excellent for full tool organization sets, combining hand tools and power tool bodies. 3 to 6 Layers (171mm – 342mm): Build out multi-tier or full-depth storage solutions that fill the entire box height, ensuring maximum shock absorption for high-value gear. Key Features Custom-Cut Fit: Pre-cut to drop seamlessly into the main compartment of the FLEX STACK PACK Rolling Tool Box without requiring trimming or awkward modifications. Modular Stacking System: Combine standard 57mm layers up to 6 deep (342mm) to match the exact height and depth of your setup. Layered Peel-and-Cut System: Multi-laminated ~5mm (1/8") continuous layers give you precise control over cutout depth so your equipment sits completely flush. Jobsite Tough: Premium closed-cell Polyethylene foam resists oils, grease, solvents, and moisture, maintaining its structure through daily heavy use. High-Contrast Tool Accountability: High-visibility dual-color options make it instantly obvious if a tool or battery is missing before you leave the jobsite. Impact & Vibration Dampening: Prevents heavy tools from banging together, rattling, or sustaining damage during transit across rough terrain.
