Important Sizing & Layering Guide To properly fit and fill your FLEX STACK PACK Suitcase Tool Box, select your layers based on the following guidelines: Bottom Layer Required: Your base layer MUST be a designated "Bottom Thickness" insert (available in 30mm or 57mm). These base pieces are custom-milled on the underside to perfectly accommodate the bottom bevels and ridges of the toolbox floor. Top/Fill Layer: If you want to build up the height to fill the box completely to the top, add a "Top/Fill Layer" (57mm). Fill layers are flat-milled to sit flush directly on top of your bottom layer.
