Flexible Cancellation Add-On – Standard ($450 per person) OverviewThe Flexible Cancellation – Standard Add-On provides clients with the ability to cancel their trip for any reason up to 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, offering added flexibility and peace of mind when planning a trip like the Tour du Mont Blanc. What’s Included:Cancel for any reason up to 14 days before your start dateNo documentation or insurance claim requiredRefund processed directly by The Alpine Adventures LLC Refund TermsIf you cancel 14 days or more before your trip start date, you will receive:A refund of up to 95% of your total trip cost, less:○ The $250 per person add-on fee, and○ Any non-recoverable expenses incurred on your behalf (such as mountain huts, refuges, hotels, luggage transfers, or other third-party services) Refund Cap Protection:In all cases, the total amount retained by The Alpine Adventures LLC (including the add-on fee and any non-recoverable expenses) will not exceed 25% of your total trip cost.
