This triangular dough scraper, also called a dough cutter or bench scraper, is made from tough, food-grade polypropylene, shaped to slide flat under a ball of dough without catching or tearing it, and firm enough at the edge to portion or cut through dough cleanly. At 210 x 105mm with a 10.5cm working edge and weighing just 60g, it's smaller and lighter than a traditional stainless steel bench scraper, sized for lifting, turning and portioning dough rather than clearing a whole worktop. The edge is soft enough not to mark the inside of a plastic dough box. Made in Italy.
