If a product is found to be defective within 3 years of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A product defect is defined as a problem resulting from poor workmanship. It is not a result of improper use, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If this product is discontinued within the 3-year warranty timeframe, the customer will have the option to receive a store credit worth the price the customer paid for the bag or choose to pay the difference for the newer replacement model.
