This floating shelf bracket is designed for shelves up to 600mm in length, 350mm in depth, and a minimum thickness of 45mm. For longer shelves, multiple brackets can be used to pro vide adequate support. The bracket attaches to the wall, with the shelf drilled to slide over 18mm diameter, 195mm long support tubes. Properly fixed into solid brick walls, it can support up to 25kg, though capacity reduces with deeper shelves or installation on gyprock, depending on wall strength. The 480x40x2.5mm steel base features several fixing holes for secure mounting, preferably into studs. Extra holes can be drilled into the base piece for extra fixing points. The support tubes are angled slightly upward to prevent sagging; ensure the base’s arrow points upward during installation.
